Anlin Windows Prices
Anlin windows prices should fall right in the middle of the range of vinyl window costs. Of course, window prices depend on many factors, the most important of which include the model you select, the window size you require, the contractor or company you use and the installation requirements.
Anlin Windows was a family owned business that had been making vinyl windows for nearly 25 years before selling to PGT in 2021. The company has one main factory in Clovis, California that it uses to produce its three main window models. The standard model is the Catalina Series, while the Del Mar Series and Coronado Series are both upgraded models from the Catalina.
In addition, they make two additional models, although neither one is advertised on the company's main website. The first is the Ali'i Extreme Series, which are marketed exclusively in Hawaii. The other is Monte Verde Windows, which is a vinyl window that is marketed in California and other western states as a low cost alternative.
The company is based out of Clovis, Ca. and produces 3 main vinyl window models that generally get good reviews from contractors, installers and homeowners. Anlin is often mentioned as one of the top rated vinyl window manufacturers that is available on the west coast.

Anlin Windows Warranty
Anlin offers their customers a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers the mainframe, sash and all other components for the life of the window. The company also includes accidental glass breakage, which is quite a nice feature that have covered. The warranty is completely transferrable for the first 15 years from the date of purchase.
All in all, the company offers a quality and comprehensive warranty. Of course, there are exclusions amd limitations that consumers should always read thoroughly before purchasing these or any windows.
Anlin Windows vs Andersen Windows - how do these two companies stack up to one another? First off, Anlin is certainly less well known than Andersen. (Andersen is probably the best known window company in the country.) Anlin manufactures vinyl windows and doors exclusively, while Andersen makes composite, and wood clad series. (Andersen is best known for its wood clad 400 series, which is a very nice unit.)
I'm considering news windows here in the Los Angeles metro area. I've been researching Anlin's track record for issues that can arise after the 10-year mark, but my searches haven't yielded much information. It's possible I'm not using the correct search terms.
Susan, I like both Anlin and Marvin, although they are very different. Anlin makes vinyl window series, while Marvin makes fiberglass and wood clad window series. Marvin is going to be significantly more expensive than Anlin. My own preference here is the Anlin option over the Marvin for the sake of cost savings, while still getting a high quality window or door that will last for many decades. Of course, the company who is actually doing the installation will make a massive difference in the overall quality of the project so do keep that in mind as well.
Hi John, I was on your website and wanted your thoughts about an estimate I received for 4 Anlin Panoramic windows.
Irene, hi, thanks for the question. I definitely think that the price is in the ballpark of fair. Of course, without knowing the details it's impossible for me to say. I really like the Panoramic and think it is a great option. I'd suggest collecting a few more bids and then let's take a look at all of the bids against one another and go from there - then we will have our answer as to whether that price point on the Anlin windows cost quote is fair or inflated. You've got one solid bid, which is a great start!
While researching windows for our home in the Los Angeles area, I came across your website. Our house can get scorching hot in the summer. We have 16 sliders, six large fixed frame, and two glass door sliders. Our home has extreme temperature issues. Should we be considering the Coronado series instead or exploring other glass options? Thank you for your help with this project!
Sue, I would say that either of the Anlin options on the board would be the way to go. The price spread between the Del Mar and Panoramic is about what I would expect to see. Either of these options is a good one so I think it just depends on your budget and timeline in the home.
I will be replacing 30 windows next month (I hope). I'm living in Phoenix Arizona where properties values have gone sky high in the past 8 years. What I've posted below is the per window replacement cost. This is for full frame install, which they said was considerably more expensive than inserts. Why is this?
Thomas, full frame installation is roughly $200 to $250 more per window than inserts. The process insures a better mount into the frame and better protects against potential water damage (which probably isn't a huge concern in Phoenix). Additionally, it provides more glass area than with insert installs. (Apex Energy Solutions Reviews)
I have a bid on the Anlin Coronado series. The total for the single patio sliding door and the eleven windows was roughly $24K. Does this sound reasonable?
Herb, I would say these are at the higher end of the price spectrum but still within reason. If the installation company is good, then I think its justified. If not, I might opt for something else.
Hi John, Thank you for your website!!!! I live in Denver, Co and received the following quote for Anlin Catalina Series, 27 White Vinyl. Total cost is $28k, which seems very high. Can you provide me with your thoughts?
Kristie, I tend to agree with you on this one that the bid sounds high. For instance, a 47" x 47" Single Slider is a pretty standard size and their quote is $1000. Is this new construction installation or retrofit/pocket? This certainly makes a difference in terms of the per window price point.
I'm in the Denver metro area, I'm planning to replace some windows. I have trustworthy quotes from an installer. Here's the information for both estimates: The Milgard Tuscany estimate was $10,100. I desire sound reduction glass because I'm noise-sensitive and tired of hearing every little thing outside my house. The Anlin Catalina cost estimate is $9,400
Javi, the Anlin would be my pick over the Milgard in this instance. It's the better brand and slightly better window series in the Catalina. The fact that it is cheaper is fantastic! Milgard Windows Pricing
Hi John, appreciate the info on your site. What brands do you recommend for Phoenix? Obviously not much cold but sun and heat.
Here are my Arizona recommendations: list taken out -- email John for the Arizona recommended list.
Anlin/Catalina- I have a quote of $10,810 for 12 windows that include two egress bedroom openings, one kitchen build-up, & 12' Malibu slider door. Is this a good price? Is the difference in price and efficiency between the Catalina and Del Mar window worth the cost increase? Thank you for your advice. Egress Windows Cost Calculator
Shelly, there isn't too much difference between the two window lines, they both use the exact same frame. I like the standard upgrades on the Del Mar, such as the insulating foam and slightly better roller on the slider. I think it's worth the 10 to 15% hike in price (assuming that's what it is). The quote you have from the Anlin rep looks pretty darn fair to me.
Anlin Windows vs Andersen Windows
Anlin was a family owned company until they were purchased by a much larger company some years back that owns a number of window companies - amongst other holdings. Andersen is owned by the Andersen corporation, which also owns Renewal By Andersen. RBA, as it is sometimes referred to, sells a fibrex window (somewhat similar to the Andersen 100 series). They are a franchised operation but still operate under the umbrella of the parent corporation.
From a quality perspective, both of these companies have very good reputations. They really don't compete against one another for their customer base because they sell should different window frame materials. It's usually vinyl that competes with vinyl so there is none of that here.
Costwise, both of these companies are at the top of the price spectrum. However, the top range of Anlin is $1000 to $1200 per window fully installed, while the top of Andersen Windows cost is more like $2000 to $2500 per window fully installed.

Anlin Windows vs Marvin
While looking into the Marvin Essentials option, I found several complaints after the ten-year warranty expired. I'm drawn to the elegant Elevate wood interiors, but I'd prefer the one that lasts 20 years or more without scaffolding and replacement.
Do you think Anlin Del Mar might be a better choice for trouble-free longevity, given their lifetime warranty? I might compromise on the interior look if it means no exterior problems.
I also noticed that Anlin used to market their windows as Apex Xtreme. When a company changes its marketing name, it sometimes indicates past issues. Do you have any insights on this?
Anlin’s stellar reviews raise doubts for me because they are so positive!
Thanks for your informative and straight forward reviews.

Anlin Panoramic Price Quote
I live in Englewood, Colorado. The condo is on the third floor and the replacement windows will be two side-by-side single hungs per window opening. One opening is 95 x 59" and the other is 75 x 59". The cost is $2603 per two or $5206 total for all windows. Your thoughts on the Panoramic and on the price. I would appreciate if you can also share a list of vendors in Colorado that you may recommend.
Thank you.

In terms of the quotes, I like the Anlin Del Mar the most. Not cheap, but in comparison to the others, this one makes the most sense to me from a long term value perspective.

My advise is to collect a few more quotes for comparison -- you need to see what the competition will bid your job out at -- this is the only real way to know if you're getting a fair market price on your project.

Anlin Windows vs Milgard
Both Anlin and Milgard will likely provide double pane "dissimilar thickness" style glass. The Milgard quote is about $700 more in total, but that difference isn't significant enough to sway my decision. My installer has more experience with Milgard but maintains a better working relationship with Anlen. They have been pretty unbiased I'd say and they think either one would work.
I think negotiating through Anlin might be easier with the installer having a better working relationship. However, I don't want to assume anything incorrectly. I appreciate your advice.

Anlin Windows Reviews Arizona
I checked and Sunrise Windows says they do not have any dealers in the area.
Shops I have spoken to so far are Anlin or Alside or a local company energy Shield. I haven't gone to Home depot or Lowes. Home Depot Windows Prices
Prefer narrower frames but more of midrange price. This project is rental with only 5 windows and a sliding door, but bigger/nicer project coming up so learning.
Recommendations on manufacturers appreciated. Your site says you have a list of recommended windows, I would appreciate a copy.
Thanks very much,

I don't think it hurts to get a couple more quotes to see if there is a better deal out there though. You may also be able to bring a lower quote to the Anlin dealer and see if he will come down a bit off his price. Something to think about...
