Windsor Windows Prices
The prices you can expect from Windsor are going to be less expensive than Pella, Marvin and Andersen. (Pella Windows vs Marvin). Having said that, wood windows are still quite a bit more than vinyl windows. One piece of advise I often give to consumers is to consider a vinyl window with a faux wood interior. It's quite a nice compromise.
Prices are tough to predict, so take the price point below with a grain of salt. The best way to know what price point you can expect is to get a free price bid from a local distributor in your area. I always recommend getting 3 to 5 bids to really get a great sense of what you can expect in terms of price and to best negotiate those prices to your advantage.

Windsor Windows vs Renewal By Andersen
Hello there. I recently stumbled upon your website and appreciate the information and guidance you provide. I'm currently on my own and living on disability. I've just purchased a patio villa/duplex-type home with seven wooden windows that need replacement. I'd prefer not to go with wooden ones. I've been obtaining quotes from various companies in my area, located in the Kansas City, Missouri metro area.
I've conducted extensive research on each option, but with so many reviews, it's overwhelming. All the options I'm considering are double-hung with full screens. Here are the quotes I've received:
Renewal by Andersen: $13,400
Alenco Solace AR90: $7,580
Pella 250 Series: $7,450
Windsor New Dimensions: $6,869
This is a significant purchase, and I hope to get it right the first time.
Do you have any advice to offer? I would greatly appreciate your input.
Thank you so much!

Janice, I like the Pella 250 option here. Second would be the Windsor New Dimensions. Either of these two sound like a good path forward.

Jon, I was curious what you thought of the Windsor New Dimensions vinyl window. We recently received a bid and it seemed pretty well priced as far as I’m concerned. How do you think that it compares to the Anderson 100 composite series, which we also received a bit on the prices, were very similar to one another. Thank you in advance for your hard work and help.

Benny, I don’t hear much about the New Dimensions series from Windsor. They tend to be more oriented toward wood clad windows. The Anderson 100 composite series is a good option given the right price point. I think if the prices are similar, I would opt for the Anderson 100 over the new dimensions
