Energy One Windows Reviews

Energy One is a Texas based window and door installation company that is primarily located in Texas. The company has been in the window and door business since 1998 and appears to be expanding outside the state of Texas with newer branches in Las Vegas and Raleigh, North Carolina. Browse below for Energy One Windows reviews.

Energy One is direct-to-consumer operation, meaning they canvas neighborhoods, knock on doors, and try to sell their windows and doors directly to homeowners. This rather in your face sales approach harkens back to earlier times when sales people often used this technique. Additionally, Energy One sales people can come off as somewhat aggressive in their approach.

The company sells the Everest Window System, which from what I can tell is a relabeled NT window. Generally, NT makes a good premium window, although I’m not certain what the Everest is in terms of the NT window lineup. However, I hope to have this information within the year.

Energy One Windows Prices

Energy One pricing will be in the 5 to 7 range out of 10 when compared to other vinyl window installation companies. Additionally, I would say that their price point is going to be somewhat to slightly lower than Apex window systems, which is another direct to consumer window and door installer that works in the state of Texas.

Generally, EO charges what seem to be pretty reasonable prices compared with other options in the state.

-- Installation: $150 to $350 per opening --

-- Fully Installed: 5 to 7 out of 10 --

Energy One Warranty Info

The company offers a 5 year labor warranty on their services, which is quite good when compared to many companies out there. Additionally, it includes an accidental glass breakage provision, which is quite nice as well. The Everest window comes with a limited lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects. I would urge consumers to read the fine print prior to purchase to learn more about what the limited part of the warranty is exactly. (I couldn’t find the warranty posted online.)
