Browse to the bottom for our consumer Ameritech Windows reviews and consumer price quotes.

Ameritech Windows At A Glance - The company sells Andersen and Pella windows - this is what I know. What I'm still unclear about it is what vinyl and/or triple pane windows they sell. When I figure this out, I will update the site.

Ameritech Warranty Information - Ameritech has a 40 year warranty against any and all manufacturing defects. Additionally, the window warranty covers the mainframe, sills, and all components and hardware. Also, the warranty can be transferred to another owner when the home is sold. Ameritech offers a two-year labor warranty (as well as the option to upgrade the labor coverage to 8 years.) By most measures, this is an excellent warranty.

Ratings And Reviews - Ameritech Windows receive a 3.5 rating out of 5 stars based on 1 review posted at the bottom of the page.

Ameritech Windows Prices

Ameritech pricing is going to run fairly high, especially if you opt for either Andersen or Pella window series. Specifically, these two window brands are very well known and quite expensive when compared to other wood-window manufacturers.

However, both Andersen and Pella do offer an entry level series. So, for Andersen, this is the 100 fibrex series. For Pella, this is the Pella 250 vinyl window. Both of these options should run less than $1000 per window fully installed. As you can see by the fully installed price point below, their wood windows will be considerably more expensive.

-- Installation: $150 to $350 per opening --

-- Fully Installed: $750 to $2500 --

Fort Collins Replacement Windows

Wow! Thank you so much for your detailed response, Dane. We receive lots of flyers in the mail from Renewal by Andersen. What is your opinion of them? One of my friends installed Pella from Ameritech and the other Milgard here in Fort Collins, Colorado. I will fill out the form too. Thanks again.

Website Editor's Answer

Anne Marie, Renewal is, unfortunately, quite overpriced in my opinion. So, basically, a good window, but not at that price point. Additionally, Milgard is quite good - very simple, but generally well made. Pella is fine - decent quality. Ameritech seems to generate some good reviews, so that's certainly worth a price quote from them. To be honest, the Anlin Del Mar or Catalina series is the one I would go with. If the price point is right. Lastly, do let me know if you have any additional questions and I am happy to help.
