The series comes standard with a DuraTex spacer, a fusion welded sash and frame (2.75" jamb width), sloped sill, dual cam locks, constant force balance system, low-e glass, and an extruded aluminum frame. The Georgetown is a decent window, but it's a full drop from the Window Nation Fortis series and the Potomac-HP series.

The Window Nation Georgetown series is available as a double hung, fixed frame, 2 and 3 lite slider, bow window and bay window. bay and bow window set ups. A pretty solid vinyl window in general.

Window Nation Georgetown Warranty

The WN Georgetown window includes a lifetime coverage on parts -- repairs, removals, and installation will not be covered. The warranty should be transferrable once to a new owner, but the new owner will have to register their windows on the Window Nation website.

Before purchasing the Georgetown series, make sure you read the specific WN warranty to know whether any specifics have changed or been modified. It is posted on the site and is pretty cut and dry.
