Jeffrey, this feels very high to me in terms of the bid price (how many windows is this for, 9?) -- but yes, prices have really gone up in the window industry over the past couple of year. I would personally continue to collect bids - did I send you my recommended windows list yet?
Are Winchoice USA Any Good - The company manufactures and installs their own vinyl windows and doors. In general, they seems to get just so-so reviews from what I can tell online. I am assuming this is because they sell a "cost-effective" vinyl window that probably does not hold up as well as consumers would like. This would be much the same as - Window World reviews - which tend to be just so-so for the most part.

Surprising enough the sales person came back with deeper discounts and another quote for $11,505. I'm in shock with these prices. I was able to purchase 13 windows in Maryland for my Condo for $7,000 in November 2022 from ProVia. In Arkansas for 9 windows at over $11k it's shocking.
