New South originated in Tampa Florida and today has all sorts of locations, including Charleston SC, West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, Pensacola, Tampa, Jacksonville, Sarasota, Atlanta, Bonita Springs, New Orleans, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Ft. Worth, and Dallas. In 2020, NSWS was bought by PGT (they also bought Sunrise Windows that year).

NSWS sells replacement windows and patio sliders directly-to-consumers, as oppose to using a dealer network the way most companies do. Instead, they advertise in local markets and are often well known in their areas of contrentration. There have been some New South Windows complaints about high initial bids, followed by a rapid discount. I'm not sure what windows they sell to be honest - when I do I will update this page.

New South Windows Prices are often on the high side compared to many of their competitors like PGT, Simonton, and Custom Window Systems - all of whom have a pretty heavy presence in Florida. (More on PGT Impact Windows Price List)
