Okna 400 Windows Ratings

The Okna 400 window with foam fill insulation, argon gas and low-e glass will deliver a .28 U-value, .30 SHGC, .54 VT, DP45 rating and .07 air infiltration.

Upgrading to the Deluxe package will lower the U-factor to as low as .22. These are good numbers for an economy level window, all of which are available on the nfrc.org website, which provides testing for hundreds of window and door companies.

Okna 400 Windows Warranty

The Okna 400 window series comes with a limited lifetime warranty and that includes all of the components, sash and mainframe. And insulated glass unit also carries this original homeowner lifetime provision as does all of the hardware on the vinyl window. However, homes located on the east coast are only covered for 10 years on both the IG you and factory paint colors.

One nice thing is that the Oak now 400 window warranty is completely transferable, although there are a number of exclusions and limitations that apply. This is one reason why we suggest that consumers read this document in full prior to purchasing their windows.
