The ReliaBilt 150 window is a new construction vinyl single hung window that is sold in both the big box stores, as well as through various distributors and local reps. New construction means that the window comes with an integrated nail flange and J channel for secure installation. During the previous last year, nothing has changed on this window series.
The ReliaBilt 150 Series comes standard with a brick mould frame profile, flush tilt mechanism, single strength glass, two cam locks, and a tilt in bottom sash. In addition, it uses a block and tackle balance system, double paned glass (low-e argon filled), and 5/8" contoured grids.

Bottom Line: The 150 series is an entry level, single hung vinyl window that is pretty solid given the price point (see the performance numbers below). While nowhere near the top of the vinyl window heap, these windows are certainly something I'd consider if I were flipping houses, had a rental, in small openings, or was on a very tight budget.

Reliabilt 150 comes with a Limited lifetime warranty on the vinyl sash and frame. The warranty is transferrable one time only, although the new owner will be covered for only 10 years from the date of purchase.
