The Milgard Montecito offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of their windows (and doors) to the original purchaser. This covers the mainframe and sill and all components and warrants that they are free from manufacturing defects and workmanship. It covers both parts and labor costs and is transferrable to another owner, although the new owner warranty is only good for 10 years from the original date of purchase.
