Ronnie, the best of the bunch is the Quaker Manchester window, but not at that price. I would go with the Tectview AC myself, which is a decent enough window. I wouldn't go this route is this were my forever home though. Nor would I go with it unless the install company had good reviews. (Simonton Windows Cost)
