This covers the mainframe and sill and all components and warrants that they are free from manufacturing defects and workmanship. It covers both parts and labor costs and is transferrable to another owner, although the new owner warranty is only good for 10 years from the original date of purchase. Rick, the better window in my opinion is the Milgard Ultra. I'm not quite sure about North Central Idaho, to be honest. Here is my good and great list of windows.
