Marvin Windows Prices

Marvin windows prices run $75 to $110 per square foot fully installed. Marvin Windows and Doors has one of the best reputations in the business, from both contractors and homeowners alike. The company only produces three window lines, two of which are fiberglass windows (the Integrity and the Infinity Series) and the other is a wood clad window option (the Marvin Ultimate).

Marvin windows are not cheap, they are on par with the higher end wood window manufacturers such as Loewen and Andersen Windows. However, they offer very good value for the money and should be available in nearly every location in the country.

Marvin Windows Warranty

The Marvin window warranty is a laundry list of provisions, but the bottom line is that compared to top vinyl window warranties, it is not as strong. Consumers need to understand that wood windows will never carry the same warranty as vinyl windows because wood is an organic material. (It is interesting that the all Ultrex windows carry the same 10 year warranty period). Marvin warranties that their windows will be free from manufacturing defects in the materials and the workmanship for 10 years. Insulated glass is covered for 10 years, clear glass and stainless steel spacers carry a 20 year warranty, while non tempered glass carries a ten year warranty. The cladding finish is warrantied for 20 years, specialty exterior finishes carry a 5 year warranty, as does interior finishes. Window components such as hardware, lift rails, etc. carry a 10 year warranty.
